Troja Resort Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Troja Resort. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Reservations & Payment

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card or advance payment.
• Payment Policy: Full payment is required upon booking or as specified in the reservation confirmation.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
• No-show Policy: In case of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00PM - 01:00AM
• Check-out Time: 11:00AM
• Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guests' Responsibilities

• Identification: Valid government-issued identification must be presented upon check-in.
• Occupancy Limits: Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.
• Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful of other guests and staff. Any form of harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Resort Facilities & Services

• Usage: Use of resort facilities (e.g., pool, spa, gym) is at the guest’s own risk. The resort is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during use.
• Hours of Operation: Facilities are available during designated hours as posted within the resort.
• Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.

6. Liability

• Personal Belongings: The resort is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Safety: Guests are advised to take care of their personal safety and the safety of others while on the resort premises.

7. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
• Alcohol Consumption: Guests must comply with local laws regarding alcohol consumption. Excessive alcohol consumption and related disturbances will not be tolerated.

8. Pets

• Pet Policy: Pets are welcomed at our resort on prior request. Any violation of the pet policy may result in additional charges or the termination of the stay.

9. Amendments to Terms

Troja Resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the guest’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania.
